Reservation Conditions

This agreement defines the general terms and conditions between the traveler ("you" or "the client") and Imsouane Surf Family surf camp ("we" or "the company") for all bookings made with us.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following: Booking Confirmation:

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (20%) and the completed and signed booking form.
  • The balance must be paid in cash (in euros or dirhams) upon the client's arrival.

Payment Methods:

  • Available Payment Options Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Bank transfer or currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • Change de devises We apply the exchange rate of the day. Exchange rates may fluctuate between the time of booking and the arrival date. Any significant fluctuation will result in a price adjustment at the client's expense.
  • Payment Default : Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

Cancellation/Modification Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees based on the proximity to the start date of your booking.
  • Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
  • Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees* (see the section on cancellation or modification fees).
  • Date Change : We do not guarantee the availability of the requested new dates. If there is no mutual agreement on the requested dates, Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to apply cancellation fees.
  • Modification of your stay for the same number of days If you wish to modify your stay for the same number of days but on different dates, you can do so without charge up to 15 days before your arrival, subject to availability. If there is no availability and you wish to cancel, the deposit initially paid will be retained.
  • Modification of your stay for a shorter period :If you wish to modify your dates for a shorter period, you can do so free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. If there is no availability and you wish to cancel, the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation or Modification Fees:

  • The security deposit (deposit) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds:

  • All agreed refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Payments refunded via bank transfer may take longer depending on the bank's policy.

  • Refunds may take between 5 and 7 business days from the issuance date.

Travel Insurance and Civil Liability:

  • Travel insurance is mandatory. All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of personal belongings and equipment, as well as any other unforeseen emergencies.
  • The company is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or property damage occurring during the trip. Participation in activities is at your own risk.
  • The company is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Surf and Weather Conditions:

  • No Guarantee: The company cannot guarantee specific weather and surf conditions and is not responsible for the impact of poor conditions and forecasts on your activities.
  • Activity Adjustment: If the weather conditions or forecasts are not favorable for certain activities such as surfing, alternative options will be offered. However, no refund will be issued if clients choose not to participate.

Code of conduct:

  • Clients are required to respect local customs, staff, and other travelers. The company reserves the right to terminate bookings in case of misconduct, without refund, if it deems the behavior inappropriate.

Travel Documents:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates, if applicable.
  • The company is not responsible for any issues related to incorrect or missing travel documents.

Insurance:

  • The client certifies that they are in good health and fit to participate in surfing, yoga, and any other activities offered by Imsouane Surf Family.
  • For any medical specifics, dietary requirements, allergies, or other factors that may affect your ability to surf or your well-being at the camp, the client must inform Imsouane Surf Family either in advance or upon arrival. We will do our best to take care of you during your stay at our establishment.
  • The client agrees that accidents may occur and that Imsouane Surf Family is in no way responsible for any injuries or disabilities that may result.

Use of Personal Data:

  • Imsouane Surf Family informs you that photos/videos taken during your stay may be used for promotional or commercial purposes, without financial compensation. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared, please explicitly indicate this upon confirming your stay.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
