BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement sets out the general terms between the traveler (“you” or “the client”) and the Imsouane Surf Family surf camp (“we” or “the company”) for all bookings made with us.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit (20%) and the completed, signed booking form.
The balance must be paid in cash (in euros or dirhams) upon the client’s arrival.
Payment Methods
Available options: Payments may be made by bank transfer or in cash. Bank transfer fees and currency exchange fees are the client’s responsibility.
Currency exchange: We apply the exchange rate of the day. Exchange rates may fluctuate between the time of booking and the arrival date. Any significant fluctuation will result in a price adjustment at the client’s expense.
Non-payment: Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
Cancellation / Booking Changes
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to fees based on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled start date.
Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason.
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees* (see “Cancellation or Change Fees”).
Date changes: We do not guarantee availability for new requested dates. If there is no mutual agreement on new dates, Imsouane Surf Family reserves the right to apply cancellation fees.
Changing your stay to the same number of nights: If you wish to change your stay to the same number of nights on different dates, you may do so free of charge up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability. If there is no availability and you choose to cancel, the original deposit will be retained.
Shortening your stay: If you wish to change your dates to a shorter period, you may do so free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If there is no availability and you choose to cancel, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation or Change Fees
The security deposit (deposit) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Bank-transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank’s policies.
Refund fees are borne by the client unless otherwise decided.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days from the date of issue.
Travel Insurance & Liability
Mandatory travel insurance: All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of personal belongings and equipment, and any other unforeseen emergencies.
The company is not responsible for injuries, losses, or property damage occurring during the trip. Participation in activities is at your own risk.
The company is not responsible for disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
Surf & Weather Conditions
No guarantees: The company cannot guarantee specific weather or surf conditions and is not responsible for the impact of poor conditions or forecasts on your activities.
Activity adjustments: If weather or forecasts are unfavorable for certain activities such as surfing, alternative options will be offered. However, no refunds will be issued if clients choose not to participate.
Code of Conduct
Clients must respect local customs, staff, and fellow travelers. The company reserves the right to terminate bookings in cases of misconduct, without refund, if behavior is deemed inappropriate.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates where applicable.
The company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documents.
Health & Acknowledgements
The client confirms they are in good health and fit to practice surfing, yoga, and any other activities offered by Imsouane Surf Family.
For any medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, or other factors that may affect your ability to surf or your well-being at the camp, you must inform Imsouane Surf Family prior to arrival or immediately upon arrival. We will do our best to take care of you during your stay.
The client accepts that accidents can occur and that Imsouane Surf Family is in no way responsible for any injuries or disabilities that may result.
Use of Personal Data (Photos & Videos)
Imsouane Surf Family informs you that photos/videos taken during your stay may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without financial compensation. If you do not wish your photos or videos to be used, please state this explicitly when confirming your stay.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
